Grants – Application Process

Who is eligible?

To qualify for a grant your project must be:

  • Supported by a Christian based organisation
  • Aimed at young people
  • Seeking to serve the community and improve the lives of young people between the ages of 11-18
  • Willing to be monitored by and/or submit a written report to the foundation.

The Rose Education Foundation will fund projects up to a maximum of £3000 per annum.

Application Deadlines

The local grants committee of the Rose Education Foundation meet annually to assess and award funding.
Completed Grant Application Forms should reach the Rose Education Foundation by the following dates:

  • 30th November

You will be monitored within 4 weeks as to the success of your application.

Discretionary

A discretionary fund is available to make time-sensitive grants, for special circumstances, outside of the normal review periods.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Each project will be monitored in one of the following ways:

  • 2 or more Rose Education Foundation representatives may visit your project to see the use of the funding
  • You may be required to submit a written report to the foundation within an agreed timescale.
